Position: -Sales Engineer (Male)

Job Location: - Jabalpur, Bhopal ,Indore (3 locations)

Experience - 5-8 years

Qualification Required: -Diploma Electrical / B.E Electrical

Job Responsibility-

Sales and marketing of electrical products of Polycab like cable, wire, lights, switches, Switchgears, etc. He would be responsible for generating enquiries, submitting relevant offers, negotiating and finalising the order with industries and taking complete responsibility of Payment. O2C (order to cash process need to be followed)

He must be responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. In some cases, a sales agent will cold call prospects they find through business directories or client referrals.

The Sales person develops and implements sales strategy, new business/client development, retention of clients, negotiation of contracts, and identification of entrepreneurial enterprises and relationship management strategies.

Target based sales will be the focus of sales person. Monthly and Quarterly sales will be reviewed.

Candidate should have pleasant personality. Should have good communication skills, should have system knowledge. Immediate joiners are preferred. Salary will be best in the industry
