About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and results-oriented Sales Engineers to join our growing team in Indore and Pithampur. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Jr. Sales Engineer (Building Materials):

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate building material solutions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Sr. Sales Engineer (Industries):

• Handle sales and marketing of Polycab electrical products (cables, wires, lights, switches, switchgears, etc.)
• Generate enquiries, submit offers, negotiate, and finalize orders with industries
• Oversee the entire payment process (O2C)
• Implement sales strategies, develop new business, retain clients, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships

Qualifications:

Jr. Sales Engineer:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 3-4 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sr. Sales Engineer:

• Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering
• 5-6 years of sales experience in the industries sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of electrical products and industry applications
