We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Taurus BPO Services India in Vijay Nagar, Indore. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to personal loans, online courses, and Medibuddy Health app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats regarding personal loans, online courses, and Medibuddy Health app
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Salary: ₹16,000 to 20000 + Incentives and Attendance Bonanza (based on experience)
