Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Team Lead (MIS) to join our dynamic team at Taurus BPO Services India in Vijay Nagar, Indore. As a Sales Executive - Team Lead (MIS), you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and demos to clients
• Analyze sales data, MIS reports, and market trends to optimize sales performance
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the BPO industry and competitive landscape
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum

Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
