Roles and Responsibilities
As part of the dealing team you are responsible to:
Provide excellent advisory services to clients and manage their portfolio by providing best industry knowledge.
Develop new clients and retain client customer base.
Communicating trading calls and investing Ideas to customers.
Thorough knowledge of all exchange rules, regulations and compliances.
Ability to advise the clients from time to time based on the research calls.
Generating brokerage and volume.
To Trade on behalf of clients, keeping them informed about rates, research information and market outlook, order & trade details and confirmations.
Identify new streams for revenue and maintain cordial relationship with existing clients.
Developing relationship with Clients and generating leads through references.
Achieve laid down target W.r.t Revenue Generation and Client Activation.
Cross selling third party products (Life Insurance & Mutual funds).
Contacting customers who have newly opened the Demat /Trading account via call
Making them aware about the services and products
Resolving customer queries
Build strong relationship with clients
Trading on behalf of the customer
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Responsible for managing client s portfolios by assessing their needs and advising them on their Investments, based on the research reports generated by the research department.
Responsible for brokerage generation.
Research and build relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels to increase the business.

NISM Certification required
Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in Broking.
