Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising,Clients on their Portfolio
  • Develop and Maintain a long term relationship with customers,to maintain a high level of retention of client base
  • Drive focus on generating new business/ client base
  • Product knowledge
  • Keep abreast with the market Knowledge and market Intelligence
  • Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance FM
  • Provide information and regular updates to immediate manager
  • Calling to dead clients and assisting them to trade by providing intraday and delivery calls and generating revenue from them
  • After Market calling to clients and cross selling products like advance brokerage.
  • Identifying business opportunities by generating leads and building relationships with clients for company growth
  • Understanding the needs of clients and providing the right solutions that help them through effective presentations
  • Analyzing and researching new trends in the market relevant to the company
  • Attending networking events to source and pitch to potential clients and promoting products or services of the company that helps them
  • Knowing the company’s vision and mission
  • Knowing the product to create demos for customers and move the sales cycle forward
  • Understanding client requirements and feedback
